cEMR

Pinaymootang First Nation Health utilizes the Mustimuhw Community Electronic Medical Record (cEMR) which is a client-centric electronic medical record or charting system for First Nations Health Centres.  From community health encounters, immunization management, group encounters, to mental health charting, home and community care charting and Medical Transportation Management, the Mustimuhw cEMR will support and help your front line workers to have more time to do what they do best - care for our community members.

 

E-CHART

EChart Manitoba is a secure electronic system that allows authorized health-care providers access to your health information when needed. EChart pulls together information from many existing systems in Manitoba, including filled drug prescriptions, lab results, immunizations and x-ray reports.

 

TELE-HEALTH

Through Manitoba Telehealth Pinaymootang Health Centre provides this service with access to health services through the use of technologies, to overcome the barriers of distance, time, and expense.

Through the use of secure networks, MBTelehealth provides tools that connect people to the information and services they require to manage their health and well-being closer to home. Such a MBTelehealth Videoconferencing to support health-care delivery, MyMBT Video that can be used for clinical and non-clinical telehealth events, MyMBT Messaging facilitates care coordination between health-care providers, eConsult enables health-care providers to ask questions and/or send digital images of some non-urgent health-related conditions to a specialist without the patient having to travel.

PANORAMA

The Panorama system is an integrated, electronic public health record that improves and supports the delivery of population-level preventative interventions; including, but not limited to, the surveillance and management of communicable disease cases and outbreaks, immunizations and vaccine inventory management.
