My Health Team – Interlake-Eastern Regional Health Authority
Pinaymootang First Nation Health is a partner in Manitoba's first Indigenous-led My Health Team. This partnership brings healthcare providers together to deliver coordinated, patient-centred primary care closer to home.
The partnership focuses on:

Health Transformation – Southern Chiefs' Organization (SCO)
Pinaymootang First Nation participates in the Southern Chiefs' Organization (SCO) Health Transformation Initiative, which supports First Nations in designing and leading their own healthcare system.
The initiative focuses on:

University of Manitoba
Pinaymootang First Nation Health Centre partners with the University of Manitoba through the Kiga Mamo Anolimin Onjii Minoyayawin (KMAOM) project, a collaboration between seven Indigenous communities and the University of Manitoba's College of Rehabilitation Sciences. The partnership supports community-led research, education, and programs that promote health. This year in 2026 we are focused on Food Security on reserve.
