Supporting Independence, Wellness, and Community Inclusion
The Adults with Exceptionalities (AIDE) Program provides compassionate, person-centered support for adults living with developmental, physical, cognitive, or other exceptional needs. Our goal is to enhance quality of life, promote independence, and support meaningful participation in family, cultural, and community life.
Through individualized planning and holistic care, the AIDE Program empowers participants to develop life skills, build confidence, strengthen social connections, and achieve their personal goals in a safe and supportive environment.
Our Services Include:

Individualized Support Planning tailored to each participant's unique strengths, needs, and goals.

Life Skills Development, including daily living skills, personal care, budgeting, meal preparation, and community navigation.

Community Inclusion and Social Engagement opportunities that encourage participation in cultural, recreational, educational, and community activities.

Advocacy and Resource Navigation to help individuals and families access available programs, services, and supports.

Health and Wellness Promotion, supporting physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being.
